Duties

- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including body waxing, relaxation massage, pedicure, manicure, facials, body treatments.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by understanding client needs, providing personalized consultations, and ensuring their comfort throughout each treatment.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation and hygiene standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols before, during, and after treatments.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and available treatments through engaging product demos and upselling techniques.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting guests, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining an organized treatment area.




- Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and beauty tools that complement treatments and meet client needs.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace that aligns with health regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in aesthetic treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care or related fields.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products effectively.
- Previous experience in retail sales or upselling is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A passion for beauty, wellness, and helping clients feel confident in their skin.
