Job Title: Bilingual Digital Business Customer Support Agent (Operations Customer Expert I)

Location: Onsite at TPCA Waterloo or Remote outside Ontario. Reports to Operations Supervisor. Regular full‐time. Education: High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred). No travel required. Current vacancy is open.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide problem resolution for Audiconnect vehicle concerns, app login, and subscription purchase support.
- Utilize internal Salesforce CRM and manage customer cases, including level‐2 escalated cases.
- Handhold and work with all levels of end users, including high‐level, difficult, non‐technical, and demanding users.
- Responsible for troubleshooting customer, dealer, and vehicle issues while maintaining customer privacy.
- Identify and report chronic operational and vehicle issues related to Audiconnect.

Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking, creativity, and strategic mindset.
- Team player with strong customer‐service orientation.




- Ability to stay focused when working independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‐paced workplace.
- Computer savvy and proficiency with software applications.
- Problem‐solving and resource management skills.
- Understanding of technology and emerging tech concepts.
- Experience with basic computer networking, building, programming, or relevant technical knowledge, including VW/Audi products.
- Knowledge of vehicle electronics and passion for how systems work.

Schedule

Shift: Monday to Saturday, 8AM–8PM EST.
