Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate virtual, in-person, and hybrid AI learning experiences
- Manage communication and logistics for learning programs
- Develop and maintain diverse learning content and LMS courses




- Enhance learner engagement using AI technology tools
- Track and analyze feedback to improve future programs

Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in learning operations or related fields
- Experience with learning management and reporting systems
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- adept with digital collaboration tools like SharePoint and Zoom
- Bilingualism in English and French is preferred
