Key Responsibilities

Business Engagement & AI Opportunity Discovery

- Partner with business leaders, and operational stakeholders to identify AI opportunities aligned to strategic priorities.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and design-thinking sessions to uncover pain points and high-value use cases.
- Translate business challenges into prioritized AI initiatives and product backlogs.
- Assess use-case feasibility, business value, implementation complexity, and organizational readiness.

Product Ownership & Prioritization

- Serve as Product Owner for AI initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Define business outcomes, success metrics, KPIs, and value realization objectives.
- Maintain and prioritize AI product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Balance competing stakeholder demands while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Delivery Leadership

- Lead cross-functional teams through agile delivery processes.
- Coordinate business stakeholders, subject matter experts, architects, data teams, and AI practitioners.
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time and aligned to agreed business outcomes.

Adoption & Change Management

- Develop stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies.
- Support business process changes required to embed AI solutions into daily operations.
- Coordinate user testing, feedback collection, training, and communications.




- Monitor adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Perks Realization

- Establish measurable business outcomes for each initiative.
- Track realized advantages against business cases and success criteria.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful AI solutions across the institution.
- Provide executive reporting on progress, outcomes, and strategic recommendations.

Required Qualifications

- Experience leading AI, analytics, data, automation, or technology-enabled business initiatives.
- Robust stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proven experience facilitating workshops and requirements discovery sessions.
- Experience serving as Product Owner or similar business-facing product leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Experience driving organizational change and user adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Generative AI, Copilot, AI Agents, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation initiatives.
- Experience in higher education, public sector, or large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or related AI platforms.

- Certification in Product Ownership, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Design Thinking, or Change Management.
