Join our vibrant café team as an All Around Staff - Foodista / Barista during the morning shift! Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about food and drinks, and ensure an exceptional customer experience through friendly service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper POS procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Support food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or baked goods while following proper food handling protocols.
- Manage time effectively during busy morning hours to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality or accuracy.




- Restock supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels, and assist with basic retail math to track sales and stock levels.

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, sales tracking, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy shifts seamlessly.
