To keep up with our growth we have an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in our Toronto office.

Reporting to the Senior Controller, this current role will be primarily responsible for day-to-day AR tasks and Month-end/AP responsibilities In this role, your responsibilities will include (but will not limited to):

Accounts receivable (about 70–80%)

- Prepare and issue accurate, timely customer invoices in Odoo, including collaborating with finance, sales and operations
- Manage collections on outstanding invoices with our customers (contacting regularly via email/phone) and escalating collection efforts as necessary to meet DSO goals
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes with the customer and Sales team
- Apply cash receipts, maintaining accurate and up to date AR sub-ledger
- Build positive working relationships with customers' AP teams

Accounts payable and general accounting (about 20–30%)

- Support AP processing, including vendor bill entry, payment processing
- Reconcile company credit cards (Float/RAMP) and record the related entries
- Prepare various month-end journal entries and accruals
- Complete various balance sheet reconciliations




- Support year-end audit and review requests
- Reporting, analysis and process improvement (growing over time)
- Take on reporting and analysis work, such as KPIs (DSO, aging trends) and variance commentary, as your skills develop
- Use AI tools and Odoo automation to streamline invoicing, cash application, collections follow-up and reconciliations
- Document processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

- University degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 1-3 years finance related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines independently
- ERP experience (Odoo knowledge is an asset, but not required)
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets;
- We are looking for a proactive AR Analyst who brings solid accounting expertise, sharp software proficiency and reconciliation skills to empower our finance operations and drive efficiency as EXACT continues to scale rapidly. Compensation

- Base Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience

Our Workplace This role will be based in our head office located in downtown Toronto, Canada. EXACT also has team members in California, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Alberta and Quebec.
