EXCITING JOB OPPORTUNITY

Guy Architects Ltd. is seeking an Architectural technologist to work with our team located in Yellowknife NT. The successful applicant will provide technical assistance to professional architects and structural design engineers in conducting research, preparing drawings, architectural models, specifications, contracts, and supervise construction projects.

Duties

Assist in the development of architectural designs. Prepare computer-assisted design drawings in Revit, and BIM Collaborate Pro, specifications, cost estimates and listings of quantities of material from conceptual drawings and instructions. Prepare Contract and Bidding documents, supervise construction projects, coordinate, monitor, and inspect work done by others.

Qualifications





Completion of a three-to-four-year college program in architectural technology or better. Successful recipient of a certificate in architectural technology or better. Must be a Canadian citizen.

Must be willing to relocate to Yellowknife NT.

Experience

Minimum three (8) years’ work experience, preferable in Architectural, Interior Design, and Structural Engineering environment.

Formal Education

Diploma in Architectural Technology or better.

Required Skills

AutoDesk, Revit , Microsoft, and English proficiency, spoken and written
