Assistant Food & Beverage Manager:

We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our restaurant team. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will be supervising a staff of 12 -20 people, provide support to the F&B; Manager, and make sure that all guests are well attended to.

They must be able to stay on their feet for long periods of time, willing to work shifting hours and lift a minimum of 10 lbs. The Buffalo Bar , Ten Restaurant and Klar So Bistro is a rapid-paced environment so working under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines are requirements for this position. They need to be comfortable with computers and computer programs, MS Office programs,



and Point of Sale systems.

The successful applicant will have 2 or more years’ experience in a similar position, be confident in enforcing provincial liquor legislation and regulations, be knowledgeable on cost of products and services, can balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and other related forms.
