We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team at Shell as Full-Time Customer Service Associates / Cashiers.

As a member of our team, you will help provide excellent customer service, operate the cash register, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure the smooth daily operation of the gas station. We welcome motivated applicants who are dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist customers with questions about store products, fuel, and promotions.
- Verify identification for age-restricted products in accordance with Alberta regulations.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including the checkout counter, coffee station, and other customer areas.
- Monitor the fuel pump area and report safety concerns or equipment issues.
- Complete assigned shift duties, including basic opening and closing procedures.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures,



and cash-handling guidelines.
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure efficient store operations.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Friendly attitude and a willingness to help customers.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift approximately 20–30 lbs when required.
- Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Work Schedule
- Full-time employment
- Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts may be available.
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
- Scheduling will be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay & Perks
- $15.00 per hour

Pay: $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
