Pay will be $32/hr flat rate, or $35/hr straight time. This depends on the skillset

Qualifications

- Apprentice with 2 years of experience or Licensed Journeyman Technician
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Technical Skills & Experience
- Ability to follow repair estimates and repair documentation.
- Participate in and contribute to repair planning processes.
- Experience using structural pulling equipment.
- Experience in aluminum and steel repair.
- Ability to repair and/or replace interior and exterior vehicle components.
- Fundamental experience and knowledge working with:
- Hybrid systems
- ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
- Airbags and restraint systems




- Experience removing and replacing heavily damaged vehicle sections, such as roof panels and rear body panels.
- Strong understanding of manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards.
- Commitment to producing high-quality repairs in a fast-paced setting.
