We are seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Automotive Retail Finance Manager to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in automotive financing and insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange vehicle financing and leasing options for customers.
- Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I;) products and extended warranties.
- Work with banks and financial institutions to secure competitive financing approvals.
- Ensure all finance contracts and documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership staff.
- Maximize finance department profitability while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Explain financing terms, payment options, and protection products clearly to customers.
Qualifications
- Ford/Lincoln experience moves to the front of the line
- Previous automotive finance or dealership F&I; experience preferred.
- Solid sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Professional, ethical, and customer-oriented approach.
