We are seeking a

Automotive Service Consultant in the

GTA region to coordinate vehicle repairs, review maintenance estimates and invoices, and provide excellent support to drivers and fleet managers.

Pay

- $70-$85K

Key Responsibilities

- Review vehicle maintenance requirements, repair estimates, service history, and technical recommendations.

- Coordinate repair approvals, purchase orders, warranty claims, and service contract coverage.

- Communicate with drivers, fleet managers, vendors, and repair facilities regarding maintenance needs and repair progress.

- Review and verify repair invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and negotiate cost-effective solutions.

- Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repair decisions and cost savings.





- Arrange towing and alternative transportation when required.

- Address service concerns and help resolve repair quality issues.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required

- High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.

- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer applications.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
