The rightcandidate will be customer focused, and be seeking along-term position.We offer an industry leading and very competitive compensation package with astrong base, benefits, vacation package, and performance incentives! Compensation:$90K-125K or more per year, depending on your capability!

Responsibilities

- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and inaccordance with dealership standards.
- Inspect and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools andspecial service equipment on recent, pre-owned, and customer vehicles andrecording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systemsincluding engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes,air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers canbe informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate ofthe time needed for additional repairs.
- Must perform thorough, precise,



and accurate inspections withphotos and detailed notes in our electronic system on every job. We payyou for your inspection time - we want it done right on everyvehicle.
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques informal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changingtechnology.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications

- 4 years minimum experience in the industry.
- Strong Automotive Background - Must be willing to diagnose at least 80% of your own jobs,including routine mechanical and electrical problems.
- First Aid and WHMIS an asset - Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level ofcustomer service - Hold a valid driver’s license with clean abstract - Working knowledge of shop equipment - Must be willing to submit abackground check prior to employment Why Workfor Us:
