Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and energetic Baby/Toddler & Mom Class Instructors to lead engaging, educational, and nurturing classes designed for young children and their mothers. In this role, you will create a positive and stimulating workplace that promotes early childhood development, bonding, and socialization. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire confidence in both moms and their little ones, helping them build essential skills while having fun.

Duties

- Lead interactive classes for babies, toddlers, and their mothers, focusing on developmental milestones, sensory activities, and bonding exercises
- Develop creative lesson plans that incorporate age-appropriate activities such as singing, storytelling, gentle movement, and basic cooking demonstrations
- Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation, socialization, and positive interactions among children and parents
- Provide guidance to moms on early childhood education techniques, nutrition tips, and activity ideas to support their child's growth at home




- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during classes to maintain a secure environment for children and adults
- Track attendance and progress of participants while maintaining detailed class records
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve class content based on feedback and latest early childhood education practices

Qualifications We're interested in experienced instructors specializing in:

- Baby music, singing and movement
- Sensory play and early childhood development
- Mommy & Me dance and creative movement
- Parent & Baby yoga
- Interactive storytelling, puppets and toddler activities
- Have experience engaging babies and toddlers in group settings
- Are enthusiastic, reliable, creative and comfortable performing or teaching
- Can develop structured, age-appropriate activities
- Have relevant qualifications or professional experience
