GluteNull Bakery is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Bakery Helper to join our production team. The ideal candidate has previous bakery or food production experience, is comfortable working with bakery equipment and machinery, and can handle the physical demands of a busy bakery environment.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to assist with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient daily production.

Responsibilities

- Assist with daily bakery production and food preparation.
- Operate and assist with bakery machines and production equipment.
- Measure, weigh, mix, and prepare ingredients according to production requirements.
- Lift, carry, and move ingredient bags, containers, and other bakery supplies.
- Pack, label, and organize finished bakery products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist bakers and other team members with additional production tasks as needed.

Qualifications
- Previous bakery, food production, or manufacturing experience is preferred.




- Comfortable operating machinery and production equipment, with training provided as needed.
- Food Safe Certification is preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy ingredients and supplies.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions and food safety procedures.
