Bartender – New Cocktail Bar Opening Soon

We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of our current cocktail bar! We are looking for passionate and experienced bartenders who are eager to grow, challenge themselves, and take their craft to the next level.

If you have solid bartending experience, a strong service mindset, and a desire to continuously improve, this is a great opportunity for you.

Previous experience with modern cocktail techniques is not required — full training will be provided. What matters most is your passion for bartending, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

About the Role

You will be working in a high-service cocktail bar, crafting modern-style cocktails while maintaining exceptional standards of hospitality and guest experience.

We welcome bartenders who are motivated to challenge themselves, explore new techniques, and elevate their skills in a professional and supportive environment.

Working Hours: Shifts will be scheduled between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to consistently high standards.
- Provide exceptional, attentive, and professional guest service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Learn and apply modern cocktail techniques (full training provided).
- Recommend and upsell beverages based on guests' preferences.
- Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bartending experience.
- Genuine passion for bartending and a strong desire to improve.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and memorable guest experiences.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new cocktail styles and techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
