Duties

- Provide qualified hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences.
- Engage actively with clients to understand their needs, offering expert advice on hairstyles and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling client inquiries efficiently.
- Build strong rapport with clients through excellent communication skills,



ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in hair styling.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace.
- Strong communication skills to effectively listen to client needs and provide clear recommendations.
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully while prioritizing client satisfaction.
- Experience managing front desk tasks such as appointment booking and client check-in/out processes.
- A valid cosmetology or barber license as required by local regulations.
