Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Engage with clients to understand their desired looks and offer expert recommendations for styles and treatments
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients throughout their service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Stay current on the latest trends, techniques,



and products in the hair industry to deliver innovative styles

Requirements

- Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a strong portfolio of work showcasing diverse styles
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members to foster a positive environment
- Basic retail sales skills with an aptitude for upselling products confidently
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and front desk responsibilities efficiently
- Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations for practicing barbering or hairstyling
