Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, attentive manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments with precision.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with legal alcohol service regulations.
- Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, effective time management, and a lively yet safe environment.

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous for efficient order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and creating positive guest interactions.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change accurately, and managing tabs efficiently.
- Experience in food service roles that require multitasking, time management, and maintaining composure during busy periods.
- A background in hospitality or related fields will help you thrive in this energetic environment.
