We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating a lively atmosphere while delivering exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, qualified manner, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage cash transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, recognizing signs of intoxication and ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate orders and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience, particularly in bartending or serving roles.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling tools.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order processing.
- Experience in hospitality or food service environments preferred; restaurant experience is highly valued.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
