My Editing Notes
I kept your original tone and messaging while improving grammar, clarity, and flow.
A few intentional adjustments
- "We value talent over tenure." I kept this exactly as written. It's a strong statement that communicates your hiring philosophy.
- Career flexibility: I refined the statement about hospitality not necessarily being someone's end goal. It now feels more welcoming and professional.
- Compensation: I clarified that the $1,000–$3,000 figures represent server sales, not personal earnings. This avoids confusion for applicants.
- Team culture: I strengthened the wording around wanting teammates to succeed. It reinforces the culture you're looking to build.
- Training: Corrected "Offer training of development" to "Ongoing training and development."
- Availability: Made Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability more prominent.
One recommendation: I'd consider changing the heading to "Now Hiring: Servers & Bartenders" rather than "Server & Bartender." It makes it clear you're hiring multiple team members and reads more naturally for a job posting. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
Work Location: In person
