In this role, you will manage core operations including life insurance and long-term disability claims, leave of absence processes, and benefits data auditing, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

You will act as a key resource for complex employee inquiries, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external insurers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies and supporting enhancements to systems, workflows, and plan design. This position also plays an important role in financial and reporting activities, including audits, annual advantages adjustments, and the preparation of data insights for leadership decision-making. Post-secondary education in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or related field is required.

Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and benefits systems is required. Attention to detail, strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
