Our client is looking for a hands-on Bilingual French Operations Manager to support and oversee multiple collection and service locations across Canada and the U.S.

This role is focused on keeping operations running smoothly, supporting site leaders, improving performance, and ensuring locations meet company standards.

Responsibilities:

- Support and coach site managers across multiple locations.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service levels.
- Review weekly activity and performance reports.
- Help identify and solve operational challenges.
- Ensure health & safety and company standards are followed.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Support the onboarding of new locations.
- Travel to sites regularly to provide leadership and support.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of operations, logistics, transportation, field service, or multi-site management experience.
- Experience leading teams across multiple locations.
- Solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
- Bilingual in English and French, verbal
- Willingness to travel.
