We are looking for a French Bilingual Project Manager for a 6 months contract with high possibility of extension. Role is fully remote with occasional in office meetings in Montreal.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate migration activities, manage timelines and risks, resolve issues, and provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end billing system migration, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal customer disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project activities, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and key decisions through concise updates to senior leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and ensure clear communication across technical and business teams.




- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure the migration remains on schedule.
- Proactively address challenges and support effective decision-making throughout the migration process.
- Ensure migration activities are well coordinated to minimize customer impact and support a successful transition.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven project management experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives.
- Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage competing priorities, and drive project deliverables forward.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
- Experience communicating project progress and key issues to senior leadership.
