We are seeking a Bilingual Aerospace Project Manager to support program execution within a dynamic aerospace environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex work packages while ensuring alignment with overall program objectives, timelines, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead integrated weekly meetings for assigned work packages Develop, maintain, and update project schedules across all program phases Ensure alignment and integration of work package schedules with the overall program plan Identify, track, and report risks and issues along with mitigation strategies Oversee the delivery, review, and approval of program deliverables Ensure compliance with governing processes, standards,
and regulatory requirements Support problem-solving activities and recovery plans to maintain project timelines Lead end-to-end change management activities from initiation to engineering implementation Present changes to the Technical Review Board and drive decisions across review stages Prepare cost summaries and supporting documentation for change requests Monitor and report progress throughout the lifecycle of each change Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 3–8 years of experience in project management or similar roles Experience in the aerospace industry is strongly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office tools including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint Robust stakeholder management and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Additional Requirements Bilingual proficiency in French and English (mandatory) Willingness to work onsite in Mirabel, QC (3 days per week) Strong interpersonal and soft skills
