About Unik Models

Unik Models is an international model management agency with a roster of more than 100+ models. We run on our own proprietary booking platform, and we are expanding our Mother Agency division to develop current faces and place them with leading agencies worldwide. We are expanding our core team.

The Role The Booking Agent runs the agency’s booking operations, from first client inquiry to completed job. You are the client’s main point of contact and the model’s source of clear, accurate job information. Precision, speed, and discretion define this role.

What You’ll Do

- Manage client inquiries, options, holds, confirmations, and cancellations
- Match talent to client briefs and present model selections
- Negotiate rates and usage within agency guidelines
- Send booking confirmations, call sheets, and job details to models
- Keep the booking platform and model availability calendars accurate in real time
- Coordinate fittings, castings, and go-sees




- Build long-term relationships with brands, photographers, and production companies

What You Bring

- Experience in model booking, talent coordination, production, or client services in fashion or media
- Strong communication with clients and talent
- The organization to manage multiple bookings at once
- Confidence negotiating and holding firm on rates
- Fluency with booking software, Google Workspace, and digital calendars
- Discretion with confidential information

Nice to Have

- Existing relationships with fashion, commercial, or production clients
- International booking experience
- French or another second language

Compensation

- Monthly retainer: $1,700
- Commission: 5% on bookings managed and 10% on new client accounts you bring in
