Responsibilities

- Drive sales by keeping customers at the center of decisions and supporting company initiatives.
- Engage customers, build a clientele, and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards, participate in training, and share feedback with management.

Requirements
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty setting is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
- Operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
- Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel.
