We are seeking a Home/ Building Video Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring the safety and quality of residential and commercial properties.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess their condition
- Identify and document any issues or defects in the property's structure, systems, or components
- Prepare inspection reports
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain the reson for inspections and answer any questions they may have
Experience:
- Knowledge of residential construction, building codes, and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Skills:
- Proficiency in using vido cameras
