Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Building Handyman to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our facilities. This vital role ensures that all areas of the building are well-kept and properly maintained to support the functionality and aesthetic appeal of our building and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented and committed to delivering high standards of facilities upkeep.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine tasks including sweeping, maintaining flower beds and parking garage, outdoor winter maintenance including shoveling/salting walkways.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing repairs and equipment upkeep, painting, replacement of ceiling tiles and light bulbs and general handyman duties.
- Ability to operate tools safely and efficiently.




- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly and quickly respond to maintenance requests.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders when necessary.

Pay: $17.95 per hour
