- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Good conceptual skills and ability to exercise flexibility and judgement in a changing environmentGood knowledge and understanding of analysis and productivity improvement methodologies
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Knowledge of and or previous experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies is an asset
