We are looking for True Hunters to bring in new business. We are offering a very aggressive compensation plan, great benefits, and it's a fully remote role. Generate new business by developing and expanding a client base.

Track and report key hiring and business development metrics. Identify, negotiate, and secure contracts with Government (Provincial & Federal), hospitals, long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospices, and other care providers across Ontario.



Travel across Canada to meet prospective clients, conduct site visits, and attend meetings.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all agreements. Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to expand market presence. 2+ years of experience in Healthcare Business Development with a proven record of billing. ~ Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills. ~ Current driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%). ~ Flexible, detail-oriented, and goal-driven with a hunter's mindset.
