The person serving in this role will develop new business and manage existing relationships across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and part of Ontario. As a remote position based in the Winnipeg region, you will create opportunities through telemarketing, customer visits, online research, industry events, and referrals.



Establish new contacts to generate business opportunities through cold calling, industry events, lead investigation, prospecting, and closing sales while onboarding and training new customers.

Increase unit count, premium, and interest margin by optimizing existing relationships and consistently adding new insurance brokers to the IPFS Canada portfolio. Conduct needs analyses for prospects and customers using available tools. Learn and effectively communicate IPFS Canada technology and service offerings to drive conversion and development of relationships.

Foster good working relationships with the IPFS Canada operations team, including the dedicated account manager for the region. 2-3 years of outside sales experience in financial services/insurance field or marketing experience within an insurance environment. ~ Excellent communication, presentation, and sales/closing skills. ~ Passion for selling and a strong set of personal goals for achievement. ~ Strong computer skills, including Salesforce and Microsoft products. ~ Analytical and data‐driven, coming to conclusions based on facts. ~ Written and verbal fluency in Quebecois French and English. College or university degree or equivalent work experience.

Recruiting Range: $80,000 - $110,000 CAD Full‐time Business Development and Sales
