With a team of approximately 50 professionals, we are continuing to expand our digital dental workflow and are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dental CAD Designer specializing in exocad to join our team.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dental CAD Designer with advanced proficiency in exocad software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental anatomy, restorative dentistry, implant prosthetics, and digital dental workflows.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can independently manage complex cases, demonstrate excellent design accuracy, and contribute to improving our digital production processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality dental restorations using exocad software.
- Design single crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, and onlays.
- Design implant-supported restorations, custom abutments, and screw-retained prosthetics.
- Work on complex implant cases, including full-arch restorations and All-on-X cases.
- Review intraoral scans and digital impressions to ensure design accuracy.
- Evaluate margins, contacts, occlusion, emergence profiles, and overall restoration anatomy.
- Collaborate with dental technicians and production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot CAD design issues and optimize digital workflows.
- Maintain consistent quality standards while meeting production deadlines.
- Support the development and implementation of advanced digital dental technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements





Required:

- Minimum 3 years of professional dental CAD design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in exocad software.
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative principles.
- Experience designing crowns, bridges, and implant restorations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

- 5+ years of dental CAD design experience.
- Experience with full-arch implant restorations and complex implant cases.
- Knowledge of 3Shape Dental System in addition to exocad.
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing processes, including milling and 3D printing.
- Experience with digital implant workflows and photogrammetry.
- Previous experience working in a high-volume commercial dental laboratory.
