Typical Day

- You’ll build relationships with members and guests to understand their needs better and offer them the very best customer experiences in-store and over the phone.
- You will help guests with the rental equipment, boots, skis, poles and helmets, to ensure they have the best experience on the hill and ensure their safety.
- Follow daily procedures to ensure store cleanliness, organization and presentation.
- Execute on company procedure to successfully manage point of sale transactions and ensure equipment safety.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience skiing or snowboarding yourself.




- You’re confident speaking to a variety of different people, both over the phone and in-store. We can teach you what to say, but you have to be comfortable chatting with strangers.
- You care about your teammates and your customers. You’re always ready to contribute, even when the task isn’t easy or doesn’t come naturally to you.
- You're comfortable working on your feet in a rapid paced environment.

What You Should Know

- Pro Shop is open Thursday to Sunday weekly, every day over Christmas Break and March Break and on Family Day.
- The Pro Shop is open from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
- Training will occur in November and December in Mississauga.
- Employees will be trained on cash and binding adjustments and must become certified prior to January 1, 2025.
- There is no public transit available to this workplace, successful candidates must have a vehicle or a reliable form of personal transportation.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract Pay: From $18.00 per hour
