Job Overview

Future Rent-A-Car is looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Jockey / Rental Car Representative.

The successful candidate will play an important role in our daily rental operations, ensuring our vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for customers. This position involves moving vehicles, assisting customers, delivering and picking up vehicles from body shops and dealerships, and helping with basic administrative duties.

We welcome applicants with previous automotive or rental car experience, as well as individuals who are eager to learn. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Move and park rental vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Clean, wash, and prepare vehicles for customer rentals.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management.
- Ensure vehicles are fuelled or charged and ready for customer pick-up.
- Assist customers with rental vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Deliver and collect vehicles from body shops, dealerships, and other locations.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Assist customers with basic rental procedures and vehicle handovers.
- Complete rental paperwork, vehicle checklists, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain an organized and clean vehicle lot.




- Follow company procedures and safe driving practices.
- Perform other duties as required to support daily rental operations.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid Ontario driver's licence.
- Valuable driving record and responsible driving habits.
- Ability to drive different makes and models of vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail when inspecting and cleaning vehicles.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to handle basic paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Previous experience in car rentals, dealerships, automotive services, or customer service is an asset but not required.
