We’re seeking an energetic, motivated, hardworking Car Salesman/Woman to join our dynamic dealership team! In this role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their vehicle process journey, showcasing our latest models, and providing exceptional customer service. While ensuring they can prospect business.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversations guiding them through a proven process
- Present vehicle features, benefits confidently based on the rapport that you built
- Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to potential clients, to expand the sales pipeline
- Reaching out to past clients who have purchased from the dealership, learning how to effectively invite them down to the dealership for a no obligation options review
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to asking for the business
- Maintaining accurate records in a CRM system that you will be trained on




- Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and participating in promotional events to attract new customers
- Maintain excellent communication skills via phone etiquette and in-person interactions to foster trust and rapport with clients

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service is preferred over a candidate who has had previous experience in automotive sales or dealership operations
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on high-end sales and customer satisfaction
- Multilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in other languages enhances customer engagement, which will set you a part from the rest of the candidates. (Languages spoken we are looking for are Spanish, Tagalog or Punjabi)
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage a robust sales pipeline efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner
- Ability to perform outside sales activities confidently and independently
- Desire to market your name and creating a brand/online presence to expand your reach
- Customer centric service with a proactive attitude toward rapport and relationship building
