We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant Supervisor to lead our car wash team to excellence. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of car wash attendants to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and supplies
- Conduct regular safety checks and enforce safety policies to prevent accidents or injuries
- Support team members in troubleshooting issues with equipment or cleaning processes as needed
- Report to the Manager, any issues or concerns
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
