Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Weekends, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Overview

Prairie Comfort Home Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver to support a client living with Parkinson’s disease in the Calmar area, near Zero Line.

The client requires full assistance with personal care and daily living activities, as well as help with household tasks. We are looking for someone patient, respectful, and attentive who can provide protected, dignified care in the client’s home.

Responsibilities

- Provide full assistance with personal care and daily living activities as required.
- Assist with dressing, hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide support and supervision to help maintain the client’s safety and comfort.
- Assist with light housekeeping and general homemaking duties.
- Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and organized home environment.




- Follow the client’s care plan and communicate any concerns to the office.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or supporting clients with Parkinson’s disease is an asset.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care and homemaking assistance.
- Able to follow care instructions and maintain the client’s dignity and privacy.
- Relevant caregiving or healthcare training is an asset.

Position Details
- Hourly wage: $20.00
- Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Location: Near Zero Line, a few minutes from Calmar, Alberta
- Employment type: Part-time, weekend position
