Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process sales accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and integrity
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory levels by receiving shipments, organizing stockrooms,
and conducting stock counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout areas and sales floor to ensure a welcoming environment
Requirement
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is advantage
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members
- Excellent organizational skills for managing stock levels and maintaining store presentation
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to time management
- Available for full time hours during week a must.
- Knowledge of animals a bonus but must be comfortable around dogs.
