Assist in evaluating patients' needs and progress under the supervision of an OT.



Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients improve motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Carry out treatment plans as designed by the Occupational Therapist, modifying techniques based on patient responses. Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, techniques, and adaptive equipment to support recovery. Document daily therapy sessions, goals, and any relevant notes in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.

Work as part of an interdisciplinary team including OTs, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to plan and deliver comprehensive patient care. May provide direct clinical supervision for Rehabilitation Technicians.
