About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for PhD-level scientists to contribute to next-generation AI training and evaluation. You'll develop challenging scientific problems and assess AI-generated answers across computational chemistry, structural biology, and drug discovery.

Key Responsibilities

- Create expert-level scientific problems with transparent, verifiable solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs for scientific accuracy, reasoning, and depth.
- Develop reference answers and evaluation rubrics grounded in scientific literature.
- Apply expertise in molecular modeling, protein structure prediction, docking, QSAR/ADMET, and omics data analysis.
- Explain scientific reasoning clearly and participate in feedback and peer-review cycles.

Required Qualifications

- PhD in Computational Chemistry, Structural Biology, Biophysics, Bioinformatics,



Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Hands-on academic or industry research experience; wet-lab experience is a plus.
- Professional written and spoken English proficiency (C1 or higher).

Preferred Qualifications

- Postdoctoral or pharmaceutical/biotech research experience.
- Strong publication record, especially first-author papers.
- Experience with molecular simulations, structure prediction, docking, cheminformatics, proteomics, or metabolomics.
- Practical Python skills; R, Bash, and machine learning experience are advantageous.
- Experience in scientific writing, benchmarking, or AI model evaluation.

Compensation

- $45–$90/hour.
