We're looking for a dependable and confident Childcare Center Closer to join our team! This role is Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m. – Solid understanding of Washington State ratio requirements Confidence in directing staff and ensuring safe, productive transitions as children depart Comfort working independently, while also collaborating under the guidance of a part-time Director Prior experience in a licensed childcare setting (leadership or teaching experience preferred) Demonstrated knowledge of Washington State licensing standards, including staff/child ratio requirements Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions in the absence of a full-time Director Ability to collaborate effectively under the guidance of a part-time Director Must meet all DCYF pre-service requirements (background check, TB test, and required trainings) You are comfortable being the point person on-site while collaborating with offsite or part-time leadership You are growth-minded and open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement Family is honored here - discounted childcare available (ask for details)
