Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

- Oversee the overall operations of the chocolate shop in accordance with Chocolats Favoris’ standards and concept.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain clear and effective communication between the chocolate shop and head office.

Performance and Financial Management
- Be accountable for the overall performance of the chocolate shop, including sales, profitability, operating costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).




- Ensure performance targets are met and implement strategies to optimize results.
- Effectively manage financial and material resources, as well as inventory.

Team Leadership and Human Resources Management
- Lead, support, and develop the team to foster a positive, high-performing work environment aligned with the company’s values.
- Plan staffing needs and ensure effective human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and retention.
- Actively contribute to maintaining a strong, authentic, and performance-driven organizational culture.

Customer Experience and Brand Representation
- Promote a customer-focused culture and ensure consistently outstanding service.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, business partners, and the local community.

Quality, Compliance, Health and Safety
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, maintenance, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Proactively manage operational risks and maintain a protected environment for both employees and customers.
