Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Class 1 and 3 Drivers/Operators to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles, including heavy-duty trucks and light freight vehicles, to transport goods efficiently across various routes. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, automotive repair, and freight handling will ensure timely deliveries and smooth logistics operations.

Duties

- Drive tandem truck in a safe and efficient manner
- Responsible for daily pre and post trip inspections of trucks assigned
- Load and unload materials, tools and equipment under varying traffic and road conditions




- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to keep vehicles in optimal condition
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures during transportation

Qualifications

- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license
- Clean drivers abstract
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and basic automotive repair techniques
- Ability to perform detailed vehicle inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety at all times
- Physical ability to handle loading/unloading tasks and operate heavy machinery as required

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
