Clinical Business Analyst (BA3) – Oncology

Location: Remote, with travel to New Brunswick at least once per month

Contract Duration: 2 years + two optional 1-year extensions

Start Date: November 9, 2026 (or earlier)

Mandatory Qualifications

1. University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of applicable oncology education and experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience within the last 10 years as a Clinical Business Analyst, Clinical Informatics Analyst, or equivalent, performing oncology-related requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process analysis, use case analysis, detailed design, and documentation.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience with large-scale acute care EHR/CIS systems and healthcare operations directly related to oncology.
4. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Clinical Informatics Analyst implementing EHR/CIS solutions on projects of comparable scale involving oncology.
5. Availability to start November 9, 2026, or earlier,



and ability to travel to Current Brunswick at least monthly.

Preferred Qualifications

- 6+ years of oncology-focused clinical business analysis covering CPOE, clinical order sets, clinical documentation, pharmacy, laboratory, or medical imaging.
- 3+ years facilitating workshops with healthcare providers and developing business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- 5+ years collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
- 5+ years supporting multiple simultaneous projects or workstreams.
- 5+ years using Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Teams.
- 2+ years using Atlassian Jira.
- Previous experience working with public health authorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is strongly preferred.
