Timmins Academic Family Health Team is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care and counseling within an interdisciplinary primary care setting in Timmins, ON. You will develop personalized care plans, educate patients, and contribute to program delivery for rostered patients.

Responsibilities include disease prevention, chronic disease management, EMR documentation, and collaboration with providers.
