You will utilize your expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and operational efficiency to support our global customer base. Collaborating with Product, Security, and Platform teams, you will help develop reliable services while participating in incident response and continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities:

- Support production systems to meet SLA targets




- Automate across environments using Terraform and GitHub Actions
- Manage lifecycle of production and lab environments
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident resolution
- Troubleshoot and escalate infrastructure issues Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2-4 years of cloud engineering experience
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Solid problem-solving skills in cloud environments
