Job Title: CNC Programmer / Operator (Okuma Lathe) Location: Etobicoke, ON Job Type: Full time Pay Rate: $24/hour or higher (depending on experience) Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM : We are currently seeking a CNC Programmer / Operator for a manufacturing company located in Etobicoke, ON . The ideal candidate should have experience programming and operating Okuma CNC Lathe machines and working with live milling machines .

Experience with GibbsCAM is preferred, though Mastercam experience is also acceptable.

Key Responsibilities

Program and operate Okuma CNC Lathe machines . Work with live milling capability machines. Operate machines with upper and lower turrets . Create and modify programs using GibbsCAM (preferred) or Mastercam . Set up tools, fixtures,



and machine offsets. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings . Maintain tight tolerances and ensure product quality. Troubleshoot machining or programming issues when required. Follow safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer / Operator. Experience working with Okuma CNC lathes . Experience with live tooling / live milling machines . Knowledge of GibbsCAM or Mastercam . Ability to read engineering drawings and machining specifications . Strong attention to detail and quality. Work Location: Etobicoke, ON
