These jobs are for a ski resort approximately 30 minutes from Midland.

A full G drivers licence is required to drive our company vehicle. A bonus payment is paid for the driver.

We have both seasonal part time and seasonal full time roles as part of a team.

We have afternoon and evening shifts.

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for skiers and staff alike. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help uphold our high standards of cleanliness across the location.

Duties

Working as part of a team:

- Drive company vehicle from our location in Midland with other employees.
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and fixtures to ensure optimal cleanliness
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to established protocols
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap in restrooms and break areas




- Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties to management
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to meet cleanliness standards consistently

Qualifications

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial settings
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to schedules
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated shifts
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning supplies throughout the shift
- Nice-to-have: experience with commercial cleaning services or certifications related to custodial work
