What You'll Be Doing

- Proactively generate new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client visits.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective commercial clients.

- Develop lasting client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

- Work closely with an experienced commercial service team to deliver exceptional client service.

- Stay current on insurance market trends, carrier appetites, and industry developments.

- Represent the brokerage professionally at networking and industry events.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance or B2B sales

- RIBO licence

- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills

- Self-motivated,



entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales

- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management

- Experience with broker management systems; EPIC is an asset

- Post-secondary education is an asset

Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no base salary.
